   The food is great, but I wished they offered more options. They need to offer a variety of different options. Otherwise the food is great.

   Jalapeño burger was really good. So was the meatball sandwich. Service was also good. I'd definitely come back.

   Cute for a chain type, casual & fast restaurant. Something for everyone and reasonable priced. Nothing spectacular. Perfect for just an everyday lunch

   We hosted a holiday event at Harry Caray's at Navy Pier and enjoyed the outdoor curling lane and igloo along with fire pit. It was easy to order food / drink and take in the festive lights and environment. We played a few rounds of curling, took pictures and warmed up using the Winter Lodge within the restaurant. The service and food was great and our group had an outstanding experience!

   Santa is fabulous! Kids love it so much, he talked to them about the elf’s and Mrs. Clause and the reindeer. We have been coming to see Santa for the last three years. Wish they had more options for kids menu. French toast was delicious but pancakes so small. You can tell eggs are packaged. They couldn’t figure out the music so they kept putting it very high then low. We’ll be coming back for sure.

   This review is for breakfast with Santa - done two Sundays in 2024. Food is trash, you’re paying for the experience. We do the Walnut room every year but could not get reservations this year so came here instead. It was a disappointing comparison that even my 9 year old called out. The Santa was awesome and my son enjoyed meeting him and our waiter was great. Service was awesome the only reason for low stars was food quality - again, they just shouldn’t be trying to do a brunch. To put it simple, we asked for mushrooms to be removed from the omelette and he let us know it’s premade food, they simply reheat. So no accommodation could be made which is no big deal, but yes.. the event was very disappointing because of food quality.

   The food was mostly good. Two of ordered flatbreads and they were very doughy, probably not cooked enough. Actually they were not flatbreads at all, they were personal size pizza. Our service was quite slow and not very friendly. I felt like we were an imposition.

    Our reservation was on time and we were sat promptly. Our server was awesome. Our food was great. Fun atmosphere and cool memorabilia. Would definitely recommend!
