Service was fairly inattentive and slow. The portion size for children meals was disappointing considering the price.

Excellent in every way! The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food and service are top-grade. The Harvest House is a top favorite. A great dining experience!

Harvest is one of my favorite restaurants and I am nervous about the proposed changes. The meals were excellent. I started with the Salmon Gravlax, which was prepared in a buttermilk-dill vinaigrette; the pumpernickel crisps were a delightful touch. I then had the prime rib which was one of the best I have ever eaten. Whatever the chef marinated it in was phenomenal. The smoked horseradish whipped potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts nicely balanced it. My brother enjoyed his smoked trout salad and cocoa barbecue ribs. Taylor was our server and she was another highlight as she knew the menu, was professional, courteous, and friendly. She had us laughing and enjoying ourselves. I am hoping that the proposed changes do not diminish Harvest's fine dining experience.

We are local and dine here often. Christmas Day the only reservation available was for 11:30. The environment was “much too noisy” with children in attendance and many out of town visitors in loud conversations. Not the restaurant’s fault- just a bad day to dine quietly while spending $184 for 3 people.

The woman who greeted us at the restaurant was so delightful! She greeted us by name and acknowledged my birthday both when we arrived and even when we were leaving. She offered to take our picture in front of your tree. She made us feel special and we really appreciated it. (Long blond hair)

It was a perfect place for a special occasion. The food, drinks, and desserts were scrumptious, and the ambiance was superb!

We again chose to have our anniversary celebration meal at Harvest. The food was good and the service was second to none. We felt like thestaff celebrated with us!

We’ve actually been there before and enjoyed it. The pretzel charcuterie is awesome but we got the dinner for two and the ribs and brisket were both overdone and crunchy. Definitely not worth $84. Our server never came back after the food we brought out and didn’t refill water till we were done eating.

We decided to go to Harvest at Hotel Hershey to celebrate a special occasion. It was the Sunday brunch. The waitress was so kind as to bring us a cocktail that was not on the menu, which which is much appreciated. We had the crab and vegetable soups which were very good! Then came the lobster omelettes which were cold. I think they would’ve been very good. Had they been served fresh and hot but they apparently had been sitting. For dessert we had the chocolate lava cake which is normally served warm. This was not it appeared to have been refrigerated and the chocolate sauce was cold. It was not at all the typical lava cake. These two things were disappointing for a place like Hotel Hershey. The service was very good and possibly we will give it a try again.
