A Modern Approach to Southern-Inspired Cuisine

Aside from the classic cocktail, a highball is a train conductor’s signal to depart at full speed. It was how Central Florida’s abundant harvests moved from field to table, an iconic symbol of the region’s agricultural might. Highball & Harvest (H&H) pays homage to this legacy, with menus laden with ingredients from local farms, as well as our own green-growing efforts. We pluck fresh produce from our on-site 7,000- square-foot garden at Whisper Creek Farm. Handcrafted cocktails are infused with seasonal fruits and herbs, and create a culinary adventure that is as inspiring as it is memorable.

Our waiter was amazing! Lenny. Above and beyond on service. The unexpected Fireworks outside made it even better. Food was wonderful as well!

Great outdoor Doggie Brunch!! For the price we would have liked to have seen a few more options for food. The food that was offered was delicious. Especially the oysters after they put them on the grill for a bit.

The overall experience and service was great. The only thing that was not the best was the shirt steak. The quality of the meat was not great for the price tag of $52.

Very nice place for business dinner. Busy and seemed slightly understaffed. Rustic and warm decor. Some parties had exceptional wait times, we didn't experience this. While drinks were backed up at the bar, the mixologist did a great job and worth the wait. Espresso Martini, fantastic. Halibut was cooked perfectly, excellent seasoning. Someone else got Fried Green Tomatoes and said this was also excellent and surprised with the inclusion of crab, not noting that on the menu when she ordered it. STL Short rib appetizer was 2 HUGE ribs, nicely done. Our waiter was attentive, accommodating, and the overall farm to table experience was a success. Pool tables, shuffleboard table to entertain while waiting or over after dinner drinks. Remember the espresso martini!

Fantastic dinner experience. Everything was top notch, and tasted great. Served Brian was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.

Waiters were on the ball very attentive friendly amazing service great appetizers versus their steak house at the ritz carlton which is a complete disaster knife and spoon.

We celebrated our son’s and grandchildren’s birthdays, the restaurant staff were very accommodating and made us feel special. Undue grand daughter fell and hurt her nose. Their staff immediately brought ice pack, and the restaurant manager gifted Hera lovely Ritz Carlton a jacket/hoodie. Their kindness and care is much appreciated.
