Food was great, service was great, we had a little problem with the valet service but the restarant manager fixed it very promptly, and was very accommodating to our needs, will definitely go back.

As always, Nor is so welcoming and warm! And so happy to have Jonathan take care of us. He is very accommodating, & professional! Our favorite appetizers were just perfect, and dinner ialways above and beyond expectations.

I’ve visited this restaurant many times over the years and have consistently enjoyed a good meal. I prefer to share positive experiences, but I must express my disappointment with tonight’s service. I had made a reservation for a specific room, which was unavailable, so we opted to sit at the bar for a more casual dining experience. Unfortunately, it took about 15 minutes for our server to greet us. When he finally came over, he offered us a drink menu but I mentioned we wouldn’t be having any alcoholic beverages tonight. We settled on bottled still and flat water, which was order brought through a different staff member After another 15 minutes, Jonathan our waiter returned to take our order. While the food was generally good, there were a few hiccups—my burger was not cooked to the correct temperature, and the calamari came with a rather unusual tomato sauce. I also felt the bronzino would have been better served with a larger couscous rather than the fine couscous that seemed pre-packaged. We decided on dessert after browsing the menu on our phones, but still, no waiter came to assist us. After another 15 minutes of waiting and feeling frustrated, we put on our jackets and waited longer until the bartender finally brought us the check. I even tried to catch the attention of the maitre d’, but he simply stared at me without offering help. We never did see our waiter again after taking our order. Sadly, given this experience, it may be a long time before I choose to return.
