味はどれも美味しいですかサーブの仕方が細やかです。メイン州産ホタテを頼みましたが、他の方の写真を見ると3個なのですが二人だったのでシェア出来るように4個出て来ました。オニオングラタンスープもシェアしたいと伝えたら2皿に分けてサーブしていただけます。デザートのバナナフォスターはテーブル前でパフォーマンスを見ながら作ってもらいエンターテイメントとしても楽しく、量も二人でシェアするには丁度良かったです。メインはフィレと付け合わせにアスパラのグリルをいただきましたが結局食べきれずお持ち帰りをお願いしたら素敵なお店のロゴ入りバックに入れてくれます。滞在中また行きたいと思います。

Third time we dined at Hy's Steakhouse, over a 7 year span. Service levels are outstanding, literally 4 individuals attend to your table. Food was very good, we ordered Beef Wellington, as it's typically something you can not experience at most restaurants. Table side, fired Banana Foster, was perfect way to cap off the event.

ワイキキに行ったらいつもこのお店に行きます。他にもステーキハウスは沢山ありますが、ここは店内の雰囲気がゴージャスで特別感があり、スタッフのに教育が行き届いているため、気持ち良く食事ができます。テーブルサイドで料理してくれるパフォーマンスもお客さんを楽しませるようにスタッフは努力していると思います。料理はポーターハウスステーキは勿論、テーブルサイドで作ってくれるシーザーサラダやデザートが人気です。マネージャーの方がテーブルにご挨拶に回られており、お客さんにも目配りされていました。
