   We did the Chef five course dinner option and it was amazing. We had great service. The food was impeccable and the wine pairing was perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant.

   As usual, an extraordinary experience. I hosted all my siblings and their significant others, and all were incredibly impressed. Chef Bob continues to excel. Highly recommended. We've never been disappointed dining there.

   We dined at Il Palio for my Italian American husbands birthday recently and had a great time with Massimo. We loved how low the lighting was and it was extremely comfy and intimate. We ordered the grilled octopus (not the best i've had, not the worst), the meatballs DELISH, and the oysters were incredible. We really appreciate the offer of two pasta sizes so you can try more dishes, we got the bolognese and the ricotta and lobster ravioli both amazing. We both had a negroni that was perfect, shouldn't be but a surprisingly simple drink to screw up. Overall we had a nice time and my only critique is... Italians dine late. Please don't offer an 8:30 option and then rush your guests to put their full order in. We probably would have ordered a lot more food and drinks if we hadn't been rushed because the kitchen was closing. Cut your reservations off at 8 if that's the case. Pretty tacky for the pricing.

   All the food we ordered was good but the iberico pork and veal osso bucco were exceptionally delicious

    I am so confused by the pricing for the good here. $50 for a dinner size portion of pasta that was so bland. The atmosphere is bad. Really old and dingy. I would not eat here. The staff was nice and attentive on a plus side.
