   Some of the food is prepared in advance (as I'm certain is the case at a number of restaurants) however - this being the high-end option at the Tropicana - with views of the Atlantic - was hoping some dishes weren't pre-prepped. The ambiance cannot be matched - beautiful restaurant, beautiful views. We were there for a concert in the show room and the dinner was out and in front of us before we could refold our napkins. Perhaps the restaurant didn't want us to be late for the show. We dined on the chopped house salad with "Nonna's peppers" - the seasonal Arancini rice balls as appetizers - (we split both). The restaurant was kind enough to split and plate the salad for us. The speed at which they arrived (simultaneously) was a bit off - bringing the cold salad out with the "hot" appetizer at the same time. No sooner had we finished off the appetizers that the plated entrees arrived. Again - not a complaint as much as an observation - that dining in a high-end restaurant - the meal and the evening are meant to be savored. Having seated at 5:50 PM - were back out on the Casino floor no later than 6:50. The blue claw stuffed shrimp were good - but just warm - not hot (giving another clue to pre-prepping) - while the other entree - the French Chicken with Sausage and mushrooms was piping hot and appeared to have been cooked to order. All in all - food was good. It wasn't stop the world I'd like to get off - as we have come to experience in some of the other "hotel restaurants" in Atlantic City.

   Had the absolute best time celebrating our anniversary. Mark’s service was exceptional. The food was beyond delicious thanks to Chef Mike, the absolute BEST. Cannot wait to come back.

   Food and service always great! Management not so good. Rude and dismissive host refuses every request I make. When they moved they changed the manager. Big mistake! Liz was a natural and competent host. Now they changed again from great to poor to incompetent. It’s a bad sign when the host is running around clutching an iPad on a slow night. I don’t mind paying the price but in my experience the guest is the most important likn in the chain.

    My wife and I enjoyed the most outstanding dinner we've had in a long time. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fine dining experience with incredible service.
