Imoto (little sister) is Buccan's version of an Izakaya. The Japanese Izakaya's were traditionally down-to-earth gathering places to go get a drink and something to eat after work. Imoto Room is an extension of Buccan's small plate - big flavor concept with Japanese and other Asian influence. The menu offers items ranging from innovative sushi & sashimi to Clay Conley's interpretations of other Asian favorites.

Food was amazing really loved the edemami, wagyu steak and rice. Every dish was incredible and the service was great. Our server was there every time we needed her and the food was brought up quickly. Would recommend coming here for a great night out.

We had an amazing meal and excellent service. Everything we ordered was so flavorful and fresh. Great date night spot for sharing plates and trying new things. Plenty of gluten free options too.

We had a wonderful meal. This was our first visit to celebrate my husbands birthday and I’m so glad I choose this restaurant. Food was fantastic and the service was spot on. We had the imoto salad, duck tacos,lobster potstickers and rock shrimp appetizers. Dinner was chosen from Bucan menu. Swordfish and Yellowtail Snapper. Outstanding. We chose 2 desserts that were phenomenal.

Imoto and Buccan both offer an exceptional dining experience that is on the same level as the Michelin-starred restaurants in Miami. It was clear from our dining experience that they’re chasing stars, and I hope that their efforts are rewarded when the 2025 Michelin Guide is released.

Imoto and Buccan consistently provide unique and delicious food, great service and, while expensive, is worth it. And I always appreciate a restaurant where diners can hear their partners' conversations and the drinks aren't watered down!
