Insignia Steak & Sushi is the creation of Anthony Scotto - Owner of Blackstone Steakhouse , Rare650 Prime Steak & Sushi, One10 Modern Italian Steakhouse, Opus Steakhouse & Bijou Modern American Asian.

Like its predecessors, Insignia's inspired menu features the finest prime dry-aged steaks and the freshest Sushi & Seafood, including fresh whole fish, served up in a chic, elegant atmosphere that is also a feast for the eyes. Picture a historic North shore mansion with cedar shakes, quarried stone and a beautiful turret combined with the energy and vibe of a trendy Las Vegas restaurant.     Went for our Anniversary. Servers Tommy and Erin were amazing. 🤩With helping and gave great ideas for our dinner. Between the food and drinks was delicious. Surf and turf, the raw bar and sushi, to our desserts was out of this world. They even surprised with a candle celebration and took our picture. The two gentlemen for the valet were super polite and courteous. Definitely can’t wait to go back. The ambiance was beautiful.

    Our experience was wonderful, as always! We came for my birthday and our waiter Chris was phenomenal. The food was amazing and the restaurant wasn’t too loud. We were able to talk in our booth and hear each other just fine. We will definitely be back!

    Our entrées were delicious filet mignon rare is divine and Seabass was incredible.

    Great dinner- staff was on point- had filet on the bone and 2 lb lobster with sides. Old Fashions pretty tasty as well. I would go back again. 200 per person with tip and 4 cocktails.

    Alicia was our waiter, she was fantastic. We had the Crab legs and fried calamari to start both amazing. Cooked to perfection We had a special tomahawk steak cooked perfectly. The only cons for us, the side dishes, grilled asparagus and truffle Mac and cheese were super bland. And the table location in the back room had a draft. Overall it’s my second time here and I think insignia has the best customer service out of all their restaurants.

    Insignia once again never disappoints! Alex was an absolute pleasure as usual. The steak was cooked perfectly, the sides were delicious. The chef’s execute perfect attention to detail when they cook their amazing food! Alex always goes above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. He truly is the best of the best and an asset to this awesome restaurant! The food and the staff and the reason why Insignia is my absolute favorite restaurant on Long Island! Merry Christmas and have a safe and healthy New Year! Dan & Donna R.

    So I deducted a star for 2 reasons 1- The large TVs around the bar which I admit I couldn’t hear, were distracting me from the romantic atmosphere that Insignia offers with the modern jazz music , impeccable service, and wonderful food. 2- we had ordered from the $69 weekday pre fixe menu which gives you a great selection to choose from. What I didn’t care for was how the chef plated each dish. One dish had a piece of salmon and the other dish was skirt steak . Each cooked to perfection but looked naked on a plate with no trimmings. Gordon Ramsey would be highly disappointed to say the least. Well I said my piece and I would still go back !
