   We ordered the cucumber and avocado salad and the Wasabi Caesar. Both were unforgettably delicious. We also had an assortment of rolls, and loved everything. Our server Ariana was charming and kind. We can't wait to go back!

   The food is always fabulous and the waitstaff attentive. Our go-tos are the mushrooms with bean sprouts; we are really going to miss those!  and the ribs are consistently excellent. The sashimi was outstanding. But honestly, one of the best things about this restaurant is the desserts. We have never had a bad one, and that is usually where so many restaurants fail. Nothing is too sweet, almost everything is gluten-free, and the matcha pannacotta will also sorely be missed until our next visit!

   The food was very good but a notch down from previous visits in 2021 and 2023. The pork ribs and fried chicken were slightly overcooked. The chicken was too dry and the glaze on the ribs not as noticeable as before. Still very good though.

   Our original table was in a horrible location. Staff did a great job of getting us a different spot. Food was amazing and the service spot on. Great experience.

   Izanami was one of our best food experiences while visiting Santa Fe. We tried their fixed price three course lunch menu. The food was DELICIOUS and the entire vibe of the place was well-curated.

   fantastic japanese meal! loved the cucumber & avocado salad, miso glazed chilean sea bass, red snapper sashimi, and crispy tuna app. sat at the bar - and staff couldn’t have been nicer. love this place! hidden gem.

    A simply wonderful dinner with an adventurous tapa-style prix fixe four-course dinner, excellent sake - two starters, sashimi and spicily cucumber avocado salad, followed by fried gyoza and hamachi sushi roll, then wagyu short ribs and grilled crispy tuna collar, and desserts - a panna cotta with fresh fig and green tea honey with shortbread(!) and strawberry cheesecake with strawberry sorbet and strawberry sauce, which we ate with the coolest black weighted dessert teaspoons. Amazing!
