J. Liu Restaurant and Bar Dublin offers a uniquely crafted, and carefully selected array of dishes, from simple, American cuisine staples, such as burgers and sandwiches, to cozy and comforting flavors of Italian cooking, to innovatively reinvented seafood dishes and steaks, to intricate, complex flavors of Eastern Asian cuisine, stapled in China and Japan. Our bartenders offer delicious, unique cocktails, and an extensive wine menu which includes something for everyone: from the wine novice, to the trained connoisseur. We offer Happy Hour between 3 pm and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. 1/2 off Wine Night on Wednesdays and Sundays all night throughout the restaurant and so much more! Please note, Hours and Menus may change on Holidays. Due to High Demand, Patio and Bar Seating is always first come, first serve.

    We were in the large room. It was quiet. We could hear each other and enjoy our lunch. Service was EXCELLENT! I think the server’s name was “Jeremy.” Friendly and efficient.

    I hosted a dinner for colleagues after a team meeting. We had 11 in the group. The entrees, appetizers and drinks were all very good! Everyone enjoyed it- thanks.

    It was just fair. The filet’s were tough and sides for that dish not good. Broccoli cold and hard, potatoes okay but felt like an afterthought. The blackened tuna was good as well as lobster bisque. Our server was kind and attentive. Honestly, for the money, it was not worth it

    Amazing Thanksgiving Buffet. Great variety of dishes traditional and other. The quality was top notch and the staff were very warm. We will go back next year if they have the buffet at the Dublin location.

    Great Thanksgiving brunch/dinner. Varied selection for all tastes, including traditional Thanksgiving fare and specialties of the house which are always very good. Only negative was the attire of the hostess. Faded jeans do not make for a festive atmosphere and show lack of respect for diners who are desirous of a "special occasion" feeling and her outfit was inappropriate for such a feeling. Happily her attire did not affect the quality of the food or the rest of our experience.
