J. Liu Restaurant and Bar Dublin offers a uniquely crafted, and carefully selected array of dishes, from simple, American cuisine staples, such as burgers and sandwiches, to cozy and comforting flavors of Italian cooking, to innovatively reinvented seafood dishes and steaks, to intricate, complex flavors of Eastern Asian cuisine, stapled in China and Japan. Our bartenders offer delicious, unique cocktails, and an extensive wine menu which includes something for everyone: from the wine novice, to the trained connoisseur. We offer Happy Hour between 3 pm and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. 1/2 off Wine Night on Wednesdays and Sundays all night throughout the restaurant and so much more! Please note, Hours and Menus may change on Holidays. Due to High Demand, Patio and Bar Seating is always first come, first serve.

    Food and price beat expectations. I've lived in dublin for over 5 years and finally tried J. LIU. I definitely should have come sooner!

    We had a wonderful night celebrating Valentine Day. Our server, Jeremy was so engaging and attentive. We loved all the food and drinks we chose.

    Great experience at J. Liu Dublin. Server Grace was amazing. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Food was really good. A great date night spot.

    We had a last minute reservation for a Galentine’s dinner, and had a wonderful time. Our table was in the front room which was perfect for three ladies to catch up, as the noise level was normal there and slightly less crowded than the bar area got by the time we left. Our waiter was Jeremy, he was kind, attentive to our needs, and gave us suggestions as we asked for them. The food was delicious; one of us had the salmon dish, another had a bowl and I had sushi. You simply can’t go wrong with the selections here!

    J. Liu is a favorite for my wife and I. Just not because she said "Yes" to marrying me there a few years back, but the food, service and environment are all great.

    The food was EXCELLENT! We went for dinner and had the lettuce wraps, which were a large portion & very tasty. We ordered two sushi rolls as our meal & it was some of the best sushi I’ve had. Very fresh. The ambiance is nice for a date, dim lit, there’s also a bar in the middle of the restaurant which had a fun vibe. I’d definitely go again!

    Really bland Midwest Asian food ….hard to believe it was so crowded. Service fine and nice people ….but the food was so blah. Tried 5 dishes and none of them were any good . Mongolian beef worse than cheap Chinese takeout

    This place was a pleasant surprise. The entrees were excellent. The service was on point. Oh, and the prices were below what I expected. Great job, guys.

    Food was pretty good, but the service wasn't that great. They brought our salads out without dressing on the side as we had requested. When we questioned the guy who brought out the salads, he quickly said " oh i don't know.., I'm just bringing them out." Then literally 3-5 minutes after the salads came, the same kid came out with the entrees. It was so loud in the restaurant. We had met another couple and were looking forward to catching up, but it was just SO loud. We were placed in one of those " makeshift booths" that slide up and share the wall next to the bar. The space between our booth seat and where the table began was such a far distance, so you had to really lean forward to eat and converse with the person across from you. Our waiter wasn't great about checking on us. Overall, not the best experience.
