The reason for the enduring popularity of Jack Binion's Steak House is quite simple - magnificent cuts and house specialties served with impeccable presentation. Each piece is hand selected and trimmed to the exacting standards of certified artisans.

Our server Doris was spot on with everything. Michele and Dawn at the front greeted us with a smile and promptly sat us. We love the food here. Steaks done perfectly! We knew it was a concert night and they get very busy, they still do their best at checking on the table getting the orders correct. Sit back relax and have no worries they have it all under control! Quality food and service. If you want something super fast eat downstairs at the grill or pizza place.

Waited 45 minutes for our food and was told it would take another 15 minutes for the food to come. We called a manager over and told him we didn’t want the food, he was pretty rude about our request. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, this is a DON’T GO TO RESTAURANT!!!!

The food was delicious. But it took over an hour to get our food after we ordered. My husband's hamburger and fries were barely warm. We didn't want to send it back because we were hungry after waiting so long.

The service was horrible. The wait staff was so inefficient. Our waitress took our order and basically disappeared until it was time for the check. We had to repeatedly ask others for a coke that was ordered with our meal, steak knives and sour cream. We didn’t get water refills until we were finished eating. My husband’s salad was given to another table and when they brought another one it was wrong We will not be going back

What a smooth operation and on a show night! The re was a large crowd for the show. Everyone was pitching in to give their guests a great experience. Even with the volume Dawn, Abraham and Michelle still took the time to say hello and deliver yet another awesome night for us! Great job!!

Had concert tickets and decided to try the restaurant, made reservations a week in advance, seated right away, and that's the good part. Sat for 30 mins before we were even acknowledged by staff, had to ask twice for someone to help us. Ordered steaks and sides, waited 40 mins for cold steaks and sides, It was a terrible experience and will not be going back, I did complain when I received the 120 bill, I was told we are short staffed. No apology by staff. Texas Roadhouse has better steaks, definitely not worth it.

Terrible experience. We frequent many high end restaurants. This was so bad I had to leave our experience Maybe they were having an off night not really sure, but the food was lukewarm at best. The martinis we ordered , send back several times because they were not made properly. Finally, we gave up. You didn’t seem like the employees cared about much

It never disappoints me !!! Best lobster hands down. Delicious, sweet, firm texture and clean every time. Steaks have been great every visit. Cooked to my preference spot on. It was very busy due to a concert, but server Abraham was husting along with everyone else. Wonderful dining experience....as always 🙂

We had the filet with mashed potatoes and creamed corn sides. Everything was delicious. The spinach salad was the best salad I’ve had in my life. My only disappointment was I ordered a salad to go for the next day and despite my asking to put the dressing on the side they didn’t which ruined the salad for the next day.
