    For the sixteenth consecutive year, Jackson’s is proud to partner once again with the Pensacola Opera to present “Dinner and an Aria” on Thursday, February 6, at Jackson’s. Join us as these remarkable young singers perform some light opera and musical theatre pieces you’re sure to recognize. Opera newcomers and enthusiasts alike will enjoy! The 2025 artists are Rachel Fitzgerald, Camille Robbles, Micah Perry, Joseph O’Shea with Meredith Stemen on the piano. There will be 2 seatings for this event: 5:00 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. In addition to our full dinner menu, Chef Miller has prepared a special feature; herb & garlic Boursin-crusted beef tournedos, cabernet demi-glace, Yukon Gold whipped potatoes, roasted broccolini & rainbow carrots.

    Very nice experience. Server was very knowledgeable of the menu and the food was excellent. Prices a little high but for a nice evening it was amazing!

    The potato croquettes were delicious! The wedge salad was just weird - mushy tomatoes, random mushrooms that were not mentioned on the menu, no chunks of blue cheese, no red onion. For a steakhouse, we were surprised that the wedge salad was like that without any mention on the menu. The dinner was very good. Steaks and elk were cooked perfectly! We would recommend the steaks and elk for certain! The grouper was overcooked (ordered medium rare, and cooked very very well done) so we wouldn’t order that again. The chocolate mousse was delicious - but we didn’t care for the chocolate sauce (tasted like Hershey’s from a bottle), so we would get it again without the chocolate sauce. The featured cocktails were good, but not spectacular and tasted a little watered down, so we would skips alcoholic drinks here next time. The service was excellent! Our served was very kind and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful place to eat and would eat here again - but we would ask for more information about dishes before ordering since the menu doesn’t include descriptions. Would recommend and plan to go back for winter restaurant week to try again!

    Jackson’s is one of my Top Three restaurants. Everything about it is great including the food and service. Our waiter, Matt, was outstanding. We each had the petite filet served with Alexander Valley cab sauv. Heartily recommend this restaurant!!❤️

    We were delighted with our wonderful dining experience at Jackson’s today. As usual, the food was exquisite and perfectlhy prepared and presented. The hostess is lovely and we enjoyed seeing her again. I am sorry that I don’t know her name. Amanda, our waitress, was charming and attentive and professional. We are so pleased that we have this fine restaurant in Pensacola.

    As always, our dining experience at Jackson’s was great. We ordered the harvest pasta and it was delicious. We were very impressed with the dressing on the chopped salad and our server Kathy even brought us extra dressing for dipping our bread. We can always count on Kathy and Jackson’s for a delightful dining experience.
