   My husband and I went here for our last night in Pensacola on our honeymoon. We must have just had a fluke night here because it seems like such a nice place. Our waiter did not have a great attitude and was not very attentive. The value of the food was overall was not worth the price, we had much better food at Angelena’s Italian restaurant for half of what we paid here. Just overall not a great experience for us.

   The lobster is an incredible deal. It could have been a bit more tender but that's kinda looking a gift horse in the mouth. What gets me is that the service is very bit as excellent as if we were paying the going rate for the meal instead of the deal. Staff is always very attentive and helpful. The Pecan Old Fashioned, made with Rye whiskey is super in my opinion and it is a very decent pour. You simply can't go wrong on an early Monday evening.

   This was an amazing experience. I booked online not really knowing much about the place. We are from Colorado. A local told us to ask for Thomas and we got him. He made our experience a highlight of our trip. He made amazing suggestions.

   The steaks were fair and our waiter was awkward , borderline rude. The restaurant was precious and staff were very friendly.

   Absolutely wonderful food, presented by the most attentive and eloquent Thomas Caplinger, whose descriptions of the food are as good as the food itself. Jacksons is our longtime favorite in Pensacola.

   Wonderful food and atmosphere. Standout was our service Thomas. Best most polite server I’ve ever experienced. Never lose him he is a gem.

   I think it was Cathy that was our waitress, perhaps middle aged, and she was outstanding! She was very attentive and professional. We always enjoy dining at Jackson’s!

    Jacksons always provides a very nice dining experience. The food is always delicious, and you can count on Chef Miller to always provide the best cuisine!
