Jacobs & Co Steakhouse blends the timeless steakhouse experience with the sleek modernity of a new generation. The elegant piano bar is a nod to the past, while streamlined yet comfortable décor ensures the experience of every guest is warm and modern. Executive Chef Danny McCallum sources select cuts from the best ranches throughout North America, Australia and Japan, adapting the menu each evening to ensure each guest’s culinary experience reflects the standards that Jacobs is renowned for. A key feature of the dining room is the Dry Aging Room, where each cut is finished to its most perfect state. Guests delve into the fascinating world of steak, selecting their cut by region, age and ranch. Meals are complete with classic choices such as Caesar salads prepared tableside, a raw bar of oysters and chilled seafood, and unpretentious and knowledgeable hospitality. One of the best meals we’ve ever had! We’ve dined in LA, Vegas, Rome, and NYC, but this experience was truly unforgettable. The Wagyu beef, paired with the different salts, was phenomenal. We can’t recommend this place enough. Next time we’re in Toronto, we’ll definitely check out the new location!

Took my sisters on a night out, while visiting Toronto, and several of my colleagues had suggested to have dinner at Jacobs & Co. Seriously... we were NOT disappointed at all! We arrived a half hour early for our reservation, and they made some adujustments to have us seated in one of their private dining rooms upstairs. The service was tremendous (led by Stanley) and our food was delicious with the following order: Appetizers - Jumbo Shrimp - Tableside Caesar Salad Main - Canada Prime Hereford - Ribeye (Aged 45) - Pinnacle Farm "Little Joe" - Striploin Sides - Brussel Sprouts - Heirloom Baby Carrots - Mixed Mushroom Risotto - Potato Puree Dessert - Creme Brulee - Monkey Bread This was a night to truly remember sharing a great meal with my sisters, and I cannot thank the team at Jacob & Co. ENOUGH for creating a wonderful experience!

This is truly an old steakhouse. If you’re looking for good steak, that’s it, but do not expect anything else to be better than average. Decor is out of 2010 and needs to be desperately updated. Everything seems to be marked or stained. If you’re looking to be impressed and want actual value, this isn’t the spot.

The chef special steak tasting was really disappointing and not worth the money. In contrast, the service was excellent and exceeded expectations.

Exquisite service and food. The Cesar salad was by far the best we’ve ever had. Steak sauces were beautiful. Loved it.
