   Our family enjoyed the salmon, scallops, and the fillet. We love the side choices and the salads are very fresh and delicious. Service is always exceptional.

   The food was excellent, and cooked to perfection. The service provided by Jenn P. was outstanding,. The manager greeted us, and was well aware of the special occasion. Jenn P. was constantly and consciously aware of my shellfish allergy, and alerted me of the safety precautions that had been taken in the preparation of my meal. This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Excellent service combined with excellent food makes for a memorable experience. Thank you, Jenn P. and the staff at Jag’s.

   Dinner was phenomenal! We were celebrating our 47th Anniversary and had superb service and dinner as well. The evening was topped off with a beautiful slice of Carrot Cake for dessert. Sharon did a great job ensuring our evening was top notch! Definitely will return! It was also entertaining that there were 3 other tables seated in the same dining room as us celebrating their anniversary's as well.

   Josh took very good care of us, as usual! The food was outstanding and for the 1st time we sat in the cellar lounge, and it was perfect! Thanks again! See you soon!

   We were greeted and sat in a timely manner, Our server also came over promptly, and introduced herself.  She was fine, told us about the special of the evening, etc., etc. unfortunately, we were sat under two vents, with the A/C blasting down on us, even though it was 50° out and raining.  we did mention this to the host and the manager came over, apologized, and took care of that. The food was excellent. I just felt like our server was a bit overwhelmed. I did not see anybody helping her, and she had a pretty big section.  she managed ok, but to see her having to set her own tables, along with taking orders, putting in food orders and getting drinks, bringing out our dinner, etc., seemed extremely odd in such a fine dining setting. To be honest, I felt like I was at a Denny’s or a Bob Evans. No servers assistant, nobody refilling the water, no one pre-bussing, this poor gal was doing every single thing.   meanwhile, there were five hosts , standing at the host stand, doing nothing. Not sure if they were just understaffed or is this a normal way they do things? Way too much work for a server to do, especially in a fine dining setting. we are extremely low maintenance, but there were times when we would’ve liked to have caught her attention, but couldn’t because she was too busy.

    Fantastic meal, perfectly.timed, prepared, and presented. Service was attentive but non intrusive. Great special occasion dinner.
