Artistically designed with unique sculptures, Javier's Crystal Cove provides guests with ocean views in a cozy, contemporary atmosphere to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine. It opened its doors in 2008 on Newport Beach and is conveniently close to the Crystal Cove Shopping Center. This restaurant offers guests an upscale dining experience with such entrees as the Maine lobster enchilada topped with Monterey jack cheese and grilled chicken breasts braised in chipotle sauce. Javier's Crystal Cove serves a variety of fresh seafood dishes, appetizers and delicious desserts. It has a full bar that features numerous tequilas, cocktails, beers and wine. Javier's Crystal Cove also offers outdoor dining. It accepts reservations over the phone and online.

Margaritas and ceviches are so good. We also ordered mole for my husband and he really liked it. We sat in a booth and were able to watch the sunset. It was beautiful and overall great experience. I want to suggest to clean the chairs too not just the tables. Other than that it was great as always.

Beautiful restaurant. Expensive but good food. Irvine Javier’s is better.

Food was excellent! It’s a little loud but it’s a fun vibe. Very busy and cool place. It was our 2nd time. Will definitely be back, love the food.

The management totally overbooked the restaurant and we were 20 minutes after scheduled reservation. They then tried to seat 6 people at a table of 4. I asked to be moved and they moved us to a corner and again figured out a way to seat 6 people where 5 people fit. Manager did not care about the issue nor offered a solution.

If you order enchiladas it is one piece and for a very high price, they should serve a minimum portion of 3 as in all good Mexican restaurants.

Way too loud and on top of people talking and a high rise ceiling there was music! Couldn’t even hear anyone on our table talking

This is the first time I’m coming back after they’re renovating the restaurant. The food still tasted okay and the inside looks nicer than before. The service always good and except the valet kind a horrible.

Amazing and off the charts !! Absolutely nothing like it it in OC! You have to see it to believe it . Its insane to see and experience this restaurant! The shrimp , lobster , crab enchiladas are delicious $48? !! You won’t be disappointed and a martini . $ 100 per person out the door including tax and a tip . The experience is priceless in my opinion !! GO !!

I had reservations but I called the restaurant before I was going to go . To see if they were able to accommodate me having a baby bassinet stroller at the table because I have a 3 month old . And the lady said no we don’t allow strollers which was upsetting . I feel like anyone should be welcomed . I would have been okay with a table in the corner with the stroller so I wouldn’t be in anyone’s way .
