Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications.     I have always wanted to go to this restaurant while in town. The interior design is exquisite. The menu appeared quite pricy, however my husband insisted on treating me to a birthday dinner. We made reservations, and although the restaurant and bar were TOTALLY packed (7:30 pm) we were promptly seated. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. We had the 3 seafood enchiladas. Great flavor. Chips and amazing salsa! The noise level was over the top. Although sitting across from each other, we had to raise our voices, and could hardly hear. The Margaritas were $23-27.00. I love a great Margarita, and may have one or two a week. The flavor was nothing special, and not out to get drunk, but have a relaxing drink, I debated whether there was alcohol in the drink at all. Forgotten? The restroom had an attendant working for tips, and selling items. It reminded me of trips to Mexico. Not exactly sure why in Las Vegas. She was a beautiful Mexican woman, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, great food and service! Beautiful decor. Drinks and noise level? It ruined our experience. No plans on returning.

    Fabulous as always! Have dined here several times and every time the food is amazing as well as service! A favorite must have spot while in Vegas!

    Great food and service. This is the first time we dined after 9pm and it was so loud! Everyone was enjoying themselves but you almost are at a scream to speak to people at you table. Will definitely go earlier from now on

    Service for the price was lacking for sure. High priced drinks but the food quality was excellent!

    They were able to get us in 30 minutes before our reservation, which was great. The pineapple margarita was delicious. Chips and salsa included were great. Shrimp aguachile was also very good, Enchilada were also very good. We didn’t try any dessert but overall it was all very good and will definitely go again.
