                                                                                                                                    Overall we had a great experience! We did have to wait for a table even though we made reservations. However, our server saw that, acknowledged it and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our dinner. The noise level is rather loud, especially when trying to talk across the hibachi table. Our food was delicious and will keep us coming back.

                                                                                                                                    The Food is/was great as I would expect but the Service has always been lackluster. I always have to wane down a server for an another drink and sometimes they forget and never brought it like I experienced the last visit. It’s really unfortunate cause they could sell another drink and keep their customers happier during their dining experience. That’s where I felt shorted.

                                                                                                                                    This is a frequent spot for us and this time for a special occasion. Food, service and entertainment is always great! A favorite item for our son is the carrot cake which he ordered for his birthday however it was very dry. They did quickly offer other options but he had his taste set on carrot cake and nothing else sounded good. We know this is a one off to our typical experience here so not being too harsh at this time. We look forward to our next visit!

Fun favorite whenever we celebrate . Hibachi teppanyaki ... melt in your mouth steak and the shrimp and scallops are the best .

                                                                                                                                    We were celebrating a birthday, but unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Our waitress seemed to have an attitude from the moment we sat down. Thankfully, the nice family sitting with us helped make the experience a bit better; otherwise, it would have been one of the worst experiences ever.

                                                                                                                                    We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Jinbeh. I made a note on my reservation that we were there for a special dinner. The chef was friendly, although he didn't perform any special tricks. It was disappointing to see my daughter and her friend looking at another table where the guests were cheering and enjoying many special tricks and attention for the birthday boy there. We ended up spending $200 and then got ice cream afterward to create a more fun atmosphere for singing and celebrating. The food was good as always, but I had hoped for a more enjoyable and laughter-filled experience for my daughter and her friend.
