   We had a terrible experience for my birthday dinner at Joeys Bentall location. Food was good, but the service was terrible. Our server took our order and once the food was brought out we never saw her again. We were done eating our food and were waiting for a couple other items, but we hadn’t seen our server in about 25mins. We needed drink refills that we never got. We had to ask another server to find our server, who also said that she was unable to locate her. 10 mins after this our server finally came to our table. We had placed an order for 2 happy hour menu items 10 Mins prior to happy hour starting and when we asked her about these items she stated “oh I forgot to put those in” we then told Her to just not put in the order as we were behind frustrated with her at this point and her response was “oh okay” Zero customer service. After this we asked for a cake as we were celebrating a birthday and our bill right after. After this it still took her 10 mins to clear our table, we even had to give her a reminder. Overall, we had a terrible experience with service. The server was Ella G, per our receipt. Its okay if you’re having a bad day or something, but if you work in the field of customer service it is important to learn how to manage those feelings and still complete your job or know when it’s appropriate to ask your manager for help.

   Our family had a wonderful time. Service was Wonderful, food was very tasty (great options) and atmosphere was excellent. Thank You

   This is the absolute best restaurant experience I have ever had! Everything was spot on, service, food, the atmosphere. It was all outstanding! I will definitely be back here next time I am downtown.

   Hostesses were great! Loved the welcome bubbly . They even gave us a free dessert after dinner . Would definitely recommend .

   I had a filet mignon, medium rare, and it was fantastic! It pretty much melted in my mouth. Great ambiance, but noisy.

   Test kitchen items are always great to try something new and different when you do go often. Staff were awesome, and i love the touch of sparkling wine at the entrance

    A must visit every time! The team is so hospitable and they really know how to take care of you and the atmosphere is always unmatched. I’d recommend this over all concepts in the area. Do yourself a favour and check them out.
