Authentic Italian cuisine and Old World Tuscan charm have made Josephine's a preferred destination for over twenty years. Our menu offers consistently delicious Italian food with signature dishes such as Dover Sole, Osso Bucco and Prime Veal. Thoughtfully selected fine Italian and California vintages make up our collection of wines that perfectly complement your meal. Our fully stocked bar runs the range of popular liquors. The finishing touch is our assortment of decadent Italian desserts.

                                                                                        Excellent, charming upscale Italian. More sophisticated, slightly more “mature” crowd. Lots of tableside conversations going on but not intrusive. Sophisticated, knowledgeable waiter. Food several cuts above the ordinary (definitely not a pizza and beer kind of place). Oh, by the way - really good singer / guitarist. A bit pricy ($220 for 2) but worth it if you can afford. All in all thoroughly enjoyable.

                                                                                        It had been far too long since we’d been to Josephine’s. We were lucky to score a last minute Saturday night reservation and the whole experience was outstanding! Loved the food, the music- the service was great. We’ll be back real soon!

                                                                                        We love coming to listen to music, while eating. Food was delicious, and service by Ariel, was excellent! Only objectiion is that some of the prices have become outrageous! To pay $58 for an entree is insane, especially when you can't substitute a pasta for mashed potatoes, without an "up" charge! Also, I included the "Happy Birthday" in the reservation, which was totally ignored! Otherwise, had a great evening! We also LOVE the bruschetta!

                                                                                        So they have music weekends at least. So affects noise and ambience. But I like a singer. Truth be told she was very good but mike appeared a bit loud. Song choices were strange Sinatra easy music followed by 60s rock and soul. Food was plentiful and very good. Service was spotty at best. We’ll be back.

                                                                                        We've been going to Josephine's for many years and for good reason... the Food, Service, Live Music and hospitality is great. We dined with four couples Saturday night and it was Excellent on all counts. Everyone had a fabulous meal and the Billy Joel singer on the keyboards provided a warm backdrop. The veal dishes were top notch. Their pork chop with chili Peppers special got a rave -- and let's not forget their homemade ricotta cheesecake which is by far perhaps the best you're going find anywhere in the Country. Special thanks to Jorge their server extraordinaire who is so attentive and thoughtful - he truly manages your meal and makes the night perfect. If you've not been... GO. And if you've not been back in a while, just do it. Thanks Josephine and staff for such great experiences.
