                                                                                        Beautiful restaurant but we moved tables to a warmer spot because it was very cold. The salad (greens and one tomato) was split for two people was so pathetic and filled 1/4 of a small plate. We had to ask for rolls and then more rolls because the food took a very long time to arrive. The prices were high, the service slow, and it seems like they did us a favor to serve us. Sorry, but we won’t be back.

                                                                                        Found Josephine’s on OpenTable and it was a great find! We live up in Orlando and came south to visit family. We met at Josephine’s and it was a true family dinner. Not only with the company we had but the quality of the food… it was as good as my Nona would make. Every portion was bountiful and just as delicious as it was large. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area and 100% will recommend to our local friends and friends visiting. Yum!

                                                                                        The food was wonderful. I had the Dover Sole and penny à la vodka. I love Dover Sole and it’s very hard to find nowadays. Josephine’s version was perfect, deboned table side, and with a delicious sauce. The service was very attentive. My wife loved the music entertainment. It was a bit load, however, which made conversation difficult. (We had a party of 6.) The valet parking was a nice plus.  We will definitely go back.

                                                                                        We’ve been to Josephine’s numerous times over the past few years but never on a Friday. They apparently have a singer on the weekends who played her music at an intolerable noise level. It was almost impossible to carry on a conversation amongst our family members. I asked our waiter to see if they could lower the music and he said he would try but he wasn’t allowed to. Our evening was more like attending a karaoke then an upscale dining as people were dancing amongst other patrons and taking the microphone. Btw, the food was quite good and the owner barely acknowledged us while we waited to be seated
