Katherine’s offers the charm and service that discerning patrons have come to expect, featuring 21-day dry aged Prime Beef from Stockyards in Chicago.

Following the tradition of fine dining restaurants, featuring steaks & chops, Italian specialties veal piccata, cioppino, and chicken marsala. Seafood delicacies - Grilled Pacific Salmon, Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, and our Stone Crab is flown in fresh daily from the Florida Keys during Season beginning mid-October through May.

Enjoy Katherine’s tableside presentations of spinach salad, banana foster, cherries jubilee and café diablo.

Very disappointed- stood in line for 30 minutes to even check in with our reservation. Wound up doing bar seating and not even being able to take advantage of my reservation. Food and service at the bar was great.

The Katherine's dining experience is always excellent. The service is professional & unobtrusive. The food is well prepared and presented. The only area that I know could be improved is their bread basket. I have dined at Katherine's at least five times in the past 18 months and the bread/rolls is consistently terrible. Once it was so hard it was inedible, other times it has been flabby with no texture. Last night, we were served rolls that the Casablanca Hotel uses for their banquets. These rolls are not high quality or good for banquets and definitely below quality for a restaurant of Katherine's caliber. I know as a former food & beverage manager that artisan bread or rolls can easily be procured through purveyors or made in house. Mesquite residents can buy higher quality bread and rolls at both Walmart & Smith's market and finish baking them in their home ovens. I would be happy to sit on a customer panel to taste test bread or rolls that are worthy of Katherine's. I hope that the new manager/management team takes this suggestion seriously. I see that people are consistently being asked for feedback on the hotel & resort. It is such an easy and inexpensive item to improve. Improving the quality of the bread basket will enhance the experience at Katherine's and make it soar over its competitor, Gregory's at the Eureka Casino. I spent well over $100 on my entree and tableside prepared salad and having mediocre bread made me feel disappointed.

Since remodeling and new ownership this restaurant has problems. I will start with the service. It appears we have new waiters and helpers who are not trained and cannot keep up with the number of customers. We sat at the table for over 1/2 hour before anyone ever asked us about drinks and by that time we had already had time to decide on dinner except wanting to know the specials. The waiter came and was ready for the order, but drinks were ordered and one appetizer. And then we were told no specials anymore, thus some of our favorite items are now gone after 8 years. The rolls are now sucky, don't waste your time eating them not worth the calories for bad rolls. This place had the best now the worst. Our RSVP was for 5:45PM we showed on time and did not get out of place till 8:15PM Waiters r running around with heads cut off. Desert was ordered coffee took at least 15 minutes desert as long as dinner and was wrong desert when served and we sent it back. On way out found it sitting on a side table. This is no longer a 5 Star or 4 Star place to go to eat. We won't return for a long time...

Katherine’s Never Disappoints!! You may not expect a restaurant of this caliber in the middle of nowhere but this place is better than Anything in Vegas.
