Katherine’s offers the charm and service that discerning patrons have come to expect, featuring 21-day dry aged Prime Beef from Stockyards in Chicago.

Following the tradition of fine dining restaurants, featuring steaks & chops, Italian specialties veal piccata, cioppino, and chicken marsala. Seafood delicacies - Grilled Pacific Salmon, Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, and our Stone Crab is flown in fresh daily from the Florida Keys during Season beginning mid-October through May.

Enjoy Katherine’s tableside presentations of spinach salad, banana foster, cherries jubilee and café diablo.

Compliment your entrée with our great, yet very reasonable priced wine list. Katherine's is open 7 days a week, dinner service available from 4:00pm - 9:00 pm. Reservations are recommended, so make yours today for a fine dining experience your palate will never forget.

The remodel is fantastic; however, the tables are tightly arranged and the noise level is deafening. Certainly not relaxing. I would pay more for my dinner to avoid being crowded into a small space. We will continue to go return as the food is wonderful.

We have been to Katherine’s several times before, but this was our best experience yet. Our server Carlos was attentive and friendly. He had an assistant named Josh who is a true up and coming professional. Worked very hard was quick, efficient and friendly. The food was excellent. I had a 22 oz Ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. My wife had the 12 oz prime rib and it was fresh and tender. We will be back.

if you are visiting Mesquite, NV, and have time to spend the night, Katherine's is the best place for a steak house. The service is outstanding, the food is always cooked to perfection. They added a new look to the front entrance, there is a larger bar area, extra places to sit with friends. A reservation must be made far in advanced. The restaurant is located in the Casablanca Hotel Resort and Casino. There deserts are some of the bests in town, and if you enjoy an outstanding Cherries jubilee, Katherine's is the place. Prices are equal to great steak restaurants.
