Katherine’s offers the charm and service that discerning patrons have come to expect, featuring 21-day dry aged Prime Beef from Stockyards in Chicago.

Following the tradition of fine dining restaurants, featuring steaks & chops, Italian specialties veal piccata, cioppino, and chicken marsala. Seafood delicacies - Grilled Pacific Salmon, Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, and our Stone Crab is flown in fresh daily from the Florida Keys during Season beginning mid-October through May.

Enjoy Katherine’s tableside presentations of spinach salad, banana foster, cherries jubilee and café diablo.

Compliment your entrée with our great, yet very reasonable priced wine list. Katherine's is open 7 days a week, dinner service available from 4:00pm - 9:00 pm. Reservations are recommended, so make yours today for a fine dining experience your palate will never forget.

The steak is always excellent! Have been going to Katherine’s for several years and never had food that was not superb! And we love to get Ruben for our waiter. He is the best ever!!!!!!! And the remodel is very nice!!!

Best of everything! From the hostess to Ruben, our server, everything was fantastic! Try the filet, salads and desserts. You won’t be disappointed.

We’ve been coming to Kathryn’s for several years. I understand that Covid has had its impact but the price and portion value has changed so significantly that we are coming less and less. They’re are other options in Mesquite, a happy hour menu or early bird special would be well received for us locals. I will add that we have had Ruben as our waiter several times and are always disappointed by his service. He needs to be more customer based and remember that he is serving us.

We were excited to return to Katherine's after the Casablanca's extensive remodeling, and enjoyed a very nice dinner with excellent service from our favorite waiter, Rueben. However, we were disappointed to find that Katherine's is no longer a match for the beautifully remodeled Gregory's in the Eureka. The only change we could see was the addition of a rather industrial-looking space with some informal tables in the bar. If anything, the entrance is less attractive than it was before the remodeling, as you not only have to walk through the entire casino to reach Katherine's but then must traipse past people eating in this stripped-down cafe area to reach your table. The restaurant decor remains drab and old-fashioned. Although the receptionist gave us what she claimed was the "quietest table," it was very noisy. The menu was almost the same, but more limited than before--the filet of sole is no longer offered and the only "special" on a Saturday night was one of the menu items. It's hard to see much improvement in the casino either--there's another bar and more machines, but the same smoky, dreary ambience and outdated restrooms. Casablanca needed to up its game to compete with Gregory's. Its management flunked the test and failed Katherine's loyal customers.
