Great food. However, they don’t have enough servers/wait staff. Our server was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. We don’t get two of our dishes. He was very nice though.

Made a reservation on a Laker game night and arrived at 625 for a 630 reservation. We were seated outside even though we reserved inside. My pregnant fiancé was very upset when it took more than 45 minutes for our food to come out. Two of our orders weren’t even put in. We had to ask for water and had to complain after seeing people that sat 40 minutes after us receive their food in minutes. It wasn’t until we spoke to a manager that we found out multiple items from our order weren’t even put in and that that point were no longer available. Waitress took no accountability in the matter. Terrible experience

Our services was great. Server was extremely kind and the food tasted amazing and came out very quickly. Our seating area was a bit cramped but the overall aesthetic and atmosphere of the place wasn’t ruined. Would eat here again 100%

Arrived on time for a 530 reservation before at 700 Laker game. Restaurant was busy but not at capacity. Server was inattentive and careless. Finally had to get up and get our own soy sauce from another table that had just left. By 645 even the edamame hadn’t made it to the table. The waitress offered to take dishes off the bill then delivered the bill with none of the dishes taken off. The manager couldn’t have cared less. Of the dishes that actually made it to the table, lowest quality and care of prep of any Katsuya in LA. What an absolute failure of management.
