We do have less energetic night (Monday - Wednesday) where fewer parties tend to come to the restaurant. I do hope you will return on a different night to experience us in a different way. We used to go to Katsuya often but had not been in a while. It’s not the same, the food was mediocre at best and we even had to return a plate because it just didn’t taste fresh. Also the valet was $36 which we found excessive. Unfortunately I can’t say I’ll go back.
