The place is nice, but make sure your party is all there to be seated. Then you will need to tell the check in host. We waited for 30 minutes to be seated and noticed other parties were sitted before us and we were there first. I had to go to the host desk to complain. The manager apologized but tried to tell me my entire party was not there. I explained my entire party has been waiting here and this was unacceptable. The host should have came over to the sitting area to ask if the party was here instead of assuming we were waiting on someone else. The soup and salad was mediocre, I had better. The hibachi cook was amazing my kids loved it.

By far the best hibachi in the area. Food is better quality, ambience is clean and service is friendly. Of the hibachi items, the garlic shrimp is yummy. Love the poke salad with a side of rice. The volcano roll, all the nigiri pieces are all good! The only downside is that it’s hard to get a table. It’s always crowded!

The menu on Open Table is outdated. The prices are MUCH higher. Each dinner entree was about $20 more than listed (as in $45 each, not $25 each), so it felt like DOUBKE the cost expected. Open Table needs to fix it, because it would have made a difference on where we dined. That said, and the fact that we got off to a slow start, the chef and the food were great!

Sushi was great, the hibachi meal was just okay. Service was okay, waited almost 10 mins for drinks to be served. We could see them sitting at the bar just needed the waitress to bring them to us. Finally got up and fetched them myself. Waitress seemed busy but aloof as well, didn’t even realize we delivered our own drinks. She was very nice, not sure if she is new or it was just too busy. Noise is always loud especially with the hibachi grills going. I feel like the restaurant could use a remodel. It’s very dark.

The Kurosawa Sake was excellent. Our chef prepared the food well, and it was outstanding. Our waiter was friendly and provided helpful information about the menu. The atmosphere was enjoyable.

We had a great time and delicious food. We were celebrating my birthday with a party of 7. 2 were our grandchildren(3&. 5yrs). I requested the appetizer as soon as we arrived bc of the kids. By the time we were settled, it arrived. They brought the rolls & sushi out on a ship that the kids loved. They also brought them chop sticks for the kids to use. They brought me a Lava cake with a candle and sang Happy Birthday in Japanese.

The best hibachi and sushi we’ve ever had. Everything was delicious and fresh. Accompanied by a great atmosphere. Highly recommend KiKu.

Service was great!! Everyone was super helpful and extremely nice!! Meal was rushed and food was so bland. Sushi was amazing but I took the rest of our food home so I could season it for leftovers. No one ate more than two bites. It was insanely expensive for a meal I had to “fix” at home. We all had to eat something else after we left. We went years ago and it was so amazing, after this trip we said we’d never go again. Again, people working there are AMAZING! Food was just awful
