Killen’s Steakhouse enforces a strict business casual dress code. We do not allow beachwear, cut off shorts, flip flops, gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies. Athletic apparel, jerseys, hats, beanies, bandanas, ball caps, oversized or baggy clothing, tank tops, and sleeveless shirts are prohibited. No excessively revealing clothing will be allowed.

Certified Executive Chef Ronnie Killen has returned to his home town after training at Le Cordon Bleu and honing his culinary skills throughout the U.S. Our hand-cut steaks are cooked to perfection on a state of the art infrared broiling system that seals in the natural juices of the steak, creating a one of a kind “melt in your mouth” experience. All of our food is prepared fresh daily, using only the finest produce and freshest ingredients. Even our sinfully rich desserts are homemade and the only thing frozen in our kitchen is the ice cream! Come in and see what the whole country is talking about!

                                                                                          The food was ok but the room was so loud we couldn’t hold a conversation at our table without feeling like we were yelling at each other. We couldn’t even hear the waitress when she told us the specials. In all it felt like we were eating in a high school cafeteria and not at a fine dining restaurant where we are paying $1,000 for a meal. It is hard to enjoy a good meal in that environment. It was obvious we were not happy and no one reached out to see how the overall experience was going. I tried to tell the hostess to get the manager but she couldn’t even hear me trying to talk to her. There are much better options in Houston for fine dining where you can have good food and enjoy the time with the people you are eating the food with.

                                                                                          We started with the pork belly & burrata, then had the strip wagyu flight, mac&cheese, risotto, green beans and had a bottle of cab franc. Couldn’t have been better! Great experience. Def a great date night place. Wine selection extensive and def something for every palate. Wish you were in League City-we’d be regulars!

                                                                                          Killen’s is always a reliable place to bring friends from out of town. The food and service is consistently great Now our visitors ask for Killen’s because they enjoy it so much.

                                                                                          Our server, Randy, was amazing! Killen’s could ask for no better and ambassador than him. Food was terrific. Steaks were delicious. Best au gratin potatoes I’ve ever eaten. Broccoli and cheese risotto was out of this world.

                                                                                          Honestly, I am still processing what happened to our family last evening. Despite the restaurant posting a strict dress code, two men wearing football jerseys were seated next to us in an otherwise empty room. They were extremely loud and streamed a football game on their phones with the volume at the highest level. They cussed loudly in front of the young people at our table. At one point, one of the men told the waiter the special lobster Mac and cheese tasted like sh**. Our waiter engaged with these men and ignored our table. At one point, my husband grew weary of waiting for a drink and went to the bar to order. The men continued to cuss and even dance at their table. We were unable to carry on a conversation at our table. We are so disappointed in our experience. We have had prior wonderful experiences at the establishment, but this the second time in a row we have had poor service. I will mention that every time we are seated in the wine room, we do not experience the same level of service as we do when seated in main room. Even though we enjoy the food, we discussed that we not return. There are too many other fine restaurants that can deliver wonderful service and quality food. I feel this all could have been avoided by seated the rowdy and inebriated diners in the bar area especially since they were not adhering to the posted dress code.

                                                                                          Great service, but slower than you’re probably expecting. Food was good, but my wife’s fish was undercooked in the center. They brought us another to take home when the waitress saw it. Crab cakes were delicious.
