Established in 1998, King’s Fish House is Orange’s choice for seafood. Located at the Stadium Promenade and minutes away from Angels Stadium and the Honda Center, King’s Fish House features a large selection of fresh oysters, seasonal catches, sushi and live shellfish, including lobster and crab, on a menu that changes daily.

We’ve been in restaurants a little while – three generations, to be precise. A long time ago, we embarked on a road trip in search of the ultimate seafood experience. We traveled down highways and byways, pulled up a seat, put on bibs and soaked up the seafood experience: the no-name dishes with unforgettable flavor, the fresh-caught oysters and clams piled high, the hand-lettered specials on ancient chalkboards and the savory simmer of every combination of spices imaginable.

    This Thanksgiving, we’re hosting at King’s Fish House - Orange and you’re invited. On Thursday, November 28, the three-course Thanksgiving menu will be available all day, featuring your choice of starter (clam chowder or mixed organic greens), entrée (roasted turkey, garlic mashed potatoes, traditional cranberry sauce, homemade sourdough apple-celery stuffing and turkey gravy) and your choice of dessert (pumpkin cheesecake or old fashioned chocolate cake). Adults are $52 and children (under 12) are $19 per person. Our full menu will also be available all day.

    We loved the food we ordered and the service was really great. We've been to this restaurant a lot of times and so far we are happy with the service we are receiving from the employees. From the reception desk to the servers and the delicious food. Friendly service especially by Nicholas, our server last night.

    Being a long time customer with King's Fish House among different locations, this dining experience was well below average. Food was good. The major issue was the customer service, from where we were sitting to placing order till we paid the bill. It fell short to the standards. My two cents: Wouldn't recommend being sat at this table (outdoor) straight out, right by the the double door, very close/next to the oyster bar. It was by the outdoor dining area next to the patio (but) without the covering.

    The gentleman working the front desk were absolute jerks. If this is the face of the restaurant, one has to wonder how they do any business. The manager and our waiter were super cool and very nice. But, the front desk people need to go!

    We had a dozen oysters and they were wonderful and beautifully presented. Our main courses were delicious. The restaurant was not very busy when we arrived but it picked up but wasn’t full. The man who took us to our table didn’t smile or greet us, just told us to follow him. Once seated, he said that someone would be with us. Our server was fine but once again, no smiles or engaging with us. Our oysters and fish were excellent but the service was just adequate.
