I recently dined at Kona Grill on Christmas Day, and while I had high hopes for a festive meal, the experience fell short in a couple of ways. First and foremost, the service was extremely slow. We waited almost two hours for our food, which was quite frustrating, especially on a holiday when everyone is eager to enjoy their meal. To make matters worse, they ran out of their signature roasted turkey dish from the Christmas menu. It was disappointing to learn that a key offering was unavailable on such a special day. However, I appreciate that the manager took the time to address our concerns and comped our meal. This gesture helped ease some of the frustration and showed that they care about their customers' experience. Overall, while the service and availability of menu items left much to be desired, the management's response was commendable. I hope that in the future, they can improve their service, especially on busy holidays.

My husbands food was cold , and my kids pizza la had a Smokey flavor to them and they could not finish

Exceedingly rude server. While we were eating, she shoved a tray full of food onto our table so she could serve the table next to us. It was like we weren't even there.

The place was very loud, and dirty!!! I don’t usually write negative reviews but for the value and the price point of this restaurant, it was very memorable dinner of napkins and left over food matter on the floor ( all over the restaurant even the outdoor patio). Uncleaned tables and witnessed one of the staff washed his hands in the bathroom for less than two seconds. They served one of the sake in a little juice box ( bar don’t have enough time to serve it appropriately?) for the price of the drink. Could you st least serve it in a glass? We just hurriedly finished our dinner and left. Diners beware!! This restaurant has gone downhill from what it used to be several years ago starting with their menu prices, cleanliness and customer service.

Had wonderful lunch today at Kona Grill. Ordered off Power Lunch menu. Perfect selections with serving sizes large enough to take half home for supper! Ordered appetizer: Avocado Egg Rolls!! Best ever!!! Always a wonderful experience to dine at this wonderful restaurant.

Definitely not a first timer to this restaurant. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the atmosphere it was a vibe and the food was great. We are already planning another date night.

Always enjoy dining at Kona Grill at La Cantera. This location shines above the rest. It is super well managed and the food is top quality. Tyler, who is the Manager, always makes sure we are well taken care of and I look forward to dining there again soon.
