It was horrible. They didn’t have the prosecco we wanted, nor a lot of the food. They advertised a live DJ and a countdown celebration, but there was nothing. Not even good vibes. Poor server did his best to accommodate us but they blatantly lied about their NYE celebration and the food they did have, just wasn’t good.

Service was slow and had to ask multiple times for water, a box to take home leftovers. The prime rib was 3/4 fat and came.out Luke warm. The waygu rice was to salty and the egg was over fried. The drinks 🍸 electric lemonade and Moscow mule were really good..

The whipped potatoes were cold and lumpy, the Bok Choy was undercooked and the Prime Rib was overcooked and tasteless. To end it, the waiter was rude when it came to paying the bill.

The entire experience was exceptional! The service was beyond outstanding, the food was all delicious, the atmosphere was very relaxing, and management was attentive. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Freezing inside we should have sat outside where it was warmer. No acknowledgement of the birthday I put on the reservation. Also kitchen sent some items with no condiments. Service & food was good but prices very high for a casual family friendly restaurant.

Terrible treatment start to finish. Ignored us when we came in to check in for our 8 o’clock reservation. Finally set us at 8:30. By 930 we still didn’t have food. Management was hostile to us. We let them know we had a child w epilepsy that needed food urgently. Finally after an hour we told the manager we would have to leave if we didn’t get our food. As we got up to leave the food arrived and the manager said “No way!” and told the server to take it back. “Just go” she said and that they would take care of the bill for the drunks and one sushi roll. We have recommended Kona to family in other states and sent gift cards in the past… never again.

Reservation was an hour late, couldn’t get drink refills, food was not worth the price….terrible experience!! I won’t be coming back!

Very noisy, chaotic experience. We had a 6:30 reservation and were told it’s an hour wait. Got 2 seats at bar and made the best of it. Hostess screaming out names as tables came available. Bartender was not good. I ordered a bourbon with ginger ale and light ice. I got a shot glass of bourbon, glass of Ginger ale and a separate glass of ice. Very strange ! I found food to be over priced - 6 fried dumplings were $21.
