Won’t be returning. The food took over an hour to come. The noodles we ordered weren’t fully cooked. Got charged for a game at the table. It was an extremely expensive night out, almost $200 with tip. This was for four meals and one beer. We left hungry and ate snacks when we got home. The place used to be good but what was supposed to be a nice night out with the family turned out to be an irritating one.

I would say it was a decent dinner, sushi was outstanding but our salad had a hair in it, calamari was a bit chewy and not crispy like our server had mentioned. Our appetizer came out the same as our entrees. While we finished our food we had realized we never got our pretzels. Drinks were good, no complaints there. Our server definitely couldve been a bit more attentive but overall our conversations and drinks made it a good dinner. Must’ve just been a busy night for them but we’d definitely return for drinks and sushi!

It was our first time at Kona Grill and the food, the service and atmosphere was great! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Our waitress Ms. Moriah was awesome and patient with all of my special requests. Thank you for the experience! I will come back again!

The food was excellent and there were a variety of options to choose from. Our server was fantastic and attentive. We enjoyed the experience very much!

The food quality has really gone downhill over the years. Ordered the macademia nut chicken with asparagus. Chicken was overdone and rubbery, and asparagus looked anemic and limp.The manager addressed the asparagus without having to make a request, which was the highlight of our dining experience. Our waitress was polite and attentive, but forgetful of requests. It's a shame because this restaurant holds a significant place for my wife and I; it's where I proposed. We enjoyed the food and ambiance in the past, but now it's crowded, too brightly lit, and less intimate for any chance of a romantic dinner. In the over 11 years since we've been married, this is only the fifth time we've eaten here, and I do not know that we'll ever come back given the superior quality of food that's available in the area.

My wife and I treated my father in law out to dinner. The food was good (I had the lobster ravioli) and calamari as an appetizer. Dad had the cilantro chicken which he enjoyed.

I have never posted a negative review before but this place deserves one. The food was terrible it took 2 hours for us to get it. Each one of my 3 kids got their food separately. Then me and the 3 other adults got their food separately at least 10-15 min in between each meal and each one was disgusting. They got 2 of our meals wrong but we ate them anyway just cause we did not want to wait any longer. This is not the first time I had a terrible experience here but this was the worse I have ever had at any restaurant. There is more but I just cant type everything. They did not offer to accommodate for anything. I am not looking for anything and dont want anything. Worse place ever stay away from this place. Staff sucks management sucks and food was terrible. I have had bad experiences before and I have never left a bad review anywhere. This is the worse place anyone can go to. I wish I could give it negative stars.

Alana and the entire team made our annual Halloween photo visit so much fun. The Dragon Roll and Tuna Tartar were magnificent.
