Located just off the Schuylkill Expressway in Belmont Hills, La Collina boasts spectacular hilltop views. The bar offers a unique atmosphere with live entertainment and dancing on weekends. This gem is known as one of the most romantic restaurants on the Main Line.
La Collina specializes in fresh seafood and veal dishes. Its signature dish, Dover Sole, is a delicate, tasty fish that is uniquely grilled, and served tableside. In addition to our Dover Sole, our daily fresh-fish specials include Branzino, Norwegian Salmon, Pompano, Orata, soft-shell crabs, Langostina, and other delights from the sea, depending upon availability. We are also known for our veal sirloin, veal porterhouse, ossobuco, and chops.

Everything was Great until.i got my entree, There was something seriously wrong with my Chicken Parm. It was completely inedible so much so I don't think ill.ever be back..

Excellent on a crazy busy Christmas night. Waiter was busting it. Food was outstanding. We will be back.

Dining on Christmas day is not a fair assessment of a restaurant. La Collina was very busy and the staff worked hard to serve the customers. The service was good. This was not our first time dining at this restaurant. The food is high quality and there is a nice dining atmosphere. The entree portion was adequate but the a la carte dishes were small portions. My iceberg lettuce wedge was more lettuce and little dressing. This was a disappointment. Overall, this is a nice, high end Italian restaurant.

This was my husband and I first visit to this restaurant. I always noticed it on the hill while driving along the expressway. So we decided to book a reservation for Xmas day. First let me start off by saying the valet guy was great and very friendly (so remember to bring cash to tip). However, once inside we were sat at a middle table although window seats were available. When we asked for a seat change we were offered a really tiny table in the back room where a group of ten were directly across so we opted to stay where we were. When I asked why we couldn’t have the nice window seats that were available across from us, I was told because a group was coming that had a reservation and the tables will be pushed together. I responded saying I also had a reservation. 20min later a family of four was sat there no large group arrived while we were there. Or server seemed to have an attitude towards us for some unknown reason as well. My husband ordered the chicken parm and asked if he can have broccoli instead of pasta. The server responded, “we will try!” On a positive note my mini crab cakes and lobster ravioli was very tasty but my caprese salad and banana pudding dessert was just ok and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, We will not be returning.

Fantastic 1st experience! My husband and I travel to Philly a lot throughout the year because we’re die hard sports fans. We pass La Collina everytime we head to our hotel and finally wanted to check it out. From the service, to the food, to the overall atmosphere it is top notch! Definitely will be back, this place is a treasure.
