   I don’t know if it’s because it’s the end of Ski season but the Beef Burgeon was terrible; extremely tough & dry. Very small portions. We should of complained but we’re so disappointed as years past it was delicious. Salad was ok, Raw Oysters were delicious but the chef didn’t cook those. We won’t go back because it was terrible and we spent a lot of money.

   Had an amazing experience last night - started with delicious champagne and oysters and followed recommendations by our bright and friendly server for the prefixe. The sunchoke salad and croquettes were a great second course. My husband and I shared the rich and flavorful beef bourgignon and gnocchi for our mains followed by THE BEST creme brulee in town and a decadent hazelnut chocolate dessert. Th ambiance was lovely and the team of professionals made our date one of our favorites of the season!

   Exceptional food and perfect service. Our group of 8 was placed on the second floor in our own private room. It made the dinner even more special.

   The food could be so much better. Mushroom entré was cold when it reached the table. The onion soup was bland. The duck confit seemed like it was prepared ed hours ago. Hazelnut desert was good. Frozen eclairs were not fresh. Disappointing for the price

   Our experience at La Marmott was lovely. The ambiance is perfect cozy French bistro and the food was good, especially the trout. However, the shining star of La Marmotte is Daniel, our bartender. He was incredibly knowledgeable on food/wine pairings, including a rare and exquisite Armagnac. Sit at the bar and get to know Daniel!
