La Marmotte, located in historic downtown Telluride, specializes in classic French cuisine and wine. We are open for dinner seven nights from 5pm - 9pm with a prix fixe three course menu. We are also offering a la carte dining options for the summer season and several happy hour specials from 5pm to 6pm. We have a STRICT 24 hour cancellation policy and you will be charged full menu price for cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation. Best meal we had in Telluride… by far. Cozy with excellent food and great service. We look forward to it every year. Highly recommend eating outdoor in the snow globe.

The food was okay but for the price point I think there are better options in Telluride. There are so many up charges and the wine prices by the glass are on the higher side. It was nice for a fancy date night but I think once was enough!

Our party of 8 enjoyed an amazing dinner in the outdoor glass pod. Everyone had a wonderful meal and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this experience.

Recently had a wonderful dinner at La Marmot in Telluride. The service was great, the sommelier helped us choose a fantastic bottle of wine to go with our dinner and the food was amazing. I highly recommend!

Not a place to return to. Service pretty mixed but food quality poor throughout. Beef Bourguignon that was a stringy Daube of Beef served on a thick layer of pasta. Gnocchi Parisienne was less than appetising. The profiteroles were balls of ice cream with two cups on the ends while the wonderful prospect of an Apple Tart was dashed with a cold apple filling and a tepid pastry crust. There were some fun moments though: the offer of additional shaved truffles with everything you ordered was interesting and only my daughter wasn’t offered the truffles with her Ham and Cheese croquettes starter. Her upsell offer was caviar, an interesting flavour combination she declined. The upselling was tiresome. Poor quality, poor value, poor experience- there are much better places in Telluride.

Staff and service are 5 star. Food was okay. Wagu (at additional cost) was dry and tasteless. Marrow bones undercooked. At $1000 for 4 people wasn’t worth it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner last night in the outdoor globes. The food was fantastic. The service was excellent. The experience of dining at night, in the globes was very enjoyable. The cold outside temperatures was not an issue inside. We really liked being able to control our own music in our globe. We are looking forward to coming back.
