Please go to the call Halekulani Restaurant Reservations 808.931.5301 effective October 20, 2024, to make future reservations. La Mer is far more than a restaurant, it’s a degustation destination. Celebrated as Halekulani’s finest and Hawaii's longest, consecutively ranked AAA Five Diamond Restaurant, this consummate dining experience is unmatched. The internationally acclaimed menu features Neoclassic French cuisine expertly crafted and served amid majestic and romantic ocean views of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. An award-winning wine list is available to complement the perfect dining experience. La Mer restricts patrons to adults and children 8 years or older.
A Credit Card is required to confirm reservations. A $125.00 per guest charge is applied for No Show Guests.
Dress Attire

I would have to say that my meal was horrible and not one server asked why I wasn't finishing my plate each time it came! The fish was too fishy! The courses didn't not make sense. And flavors were too wonky! At a thousand dollar plus bill!!! Don't do it! The cheese service please don't get!!! The servers don't even know where the rubbery cheese came from when asked! It was horrible and tasted like it came from Costco! I have traveled the world and have to say I am a foodie snob. This restaurant is over priced, over hyped, and not worth it! Sorry, please tourists beware!

Very good service! For the price, mediocre food. Too much food for French . Seven course!! Not three, not five! Only seven plus a pre dessert and treats at the end! Too much to enjoy! Left stuffed and uncomfortable! $800!

My husband and I had a special dinner here during our honeymoon! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional! Clearly professional as expected from such an esteemed restaurant, but still warm and welcoming. We felt very well looked after. We got the most beautiful table, which elevated the experience further. We ordered the degustation and added on the vanilla soufflé and every dish was delicious and different - it felt familiar yet innovative. We were so so full when we left! Highly recommend!

料理も雰囲気も最高でしたが、お値段も2名で1,000USDオーバー。でもその価値は十分にありました。夕陽の時間に行くことをお勧めします。

Probably the best meal I have ever had. Food was incredible and the service was first class. It’s a beautiful restaurant too. Very special.

Food was a 4.5, but I have to pick a round number. The only item that wasn't amazing was the lobster. The lobster tail wasn't cooked well and ended up being a bit chewy, but all the other elements in the dish were good! No complaints with the rest of the menu. Service was impeccable, and the ambiance was great!

スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティーが高く、料理も上品でとても美味しい。夕暮れの海の景色から、夜の大人の空間がとても素晴らしい。ハレクラニの最後の夜の晩餐だったので、より感動的でした。

The ambiance, servers and host/staff were phenomenal. We had a sunset view right on the balcony, that was amazing. The staff was accommodating and didn’t make us feel bad for not understanding how to order. That was all the best part. I did a 4 course for $295 (for 1), The food was mediocre at best, and with the cost of the few bites, I’d downgrade it to definitely not worth it. Nothing was amazing or special to justify $80 for 2 bites. I’ve had plenty of fish and lamb (in full) that were half the price and seasoned better. The fish was pale and soggy. I would never go back, but I do wish they had the restaurant and staff at a regular restaurant. May try orchid, seems like it’s similar and connected but not the special amuse bouche style.
