Famous for its incredible view, the newly-refreshed La Ronde restaurant is Edmonton's premier dining restaurant located on the 24th floor of Chateau Lacombe Hotel. Revolving once every 88 minutes, La Ronde restaurant treats its guests to an unmatched view and dining experience.
You will have the pleasure of sampling some of our Executive Chef's sophisticated creations which will tantalize your palate. Complete your dining experience with our Pastry Chef's freshly prepared in-house desserts that will please any sweet tooth.

My previous experiences at Laronde have been wonderful. However, the meal Christmas day was below average compared to previous meals. 3 of us had prime ribs, which came smothered in sauce , 1 potatoes, and very, very small greens as a side. desert was good but seemed "packaged" and then plated. the service was amazing, and the ambiance was wonderful as well. Costs have gone up, but the meal seems to have declined.

We went there for a special Christmas dinner. There was a limited menu but our two meals were fantastic. The waiter went out of his way to be personable and ensure we had a memorable experience.

The view is stunning! Desert and soup were fabulous. Main course was ok. It was Christmas Day dinner and $150 per person so you expect something great but it wasn’t. My fish was almost uncooked. And the worst customer service. I made a reservation on open table on November 3th for Christmas Day dinner. Since then, I called them soooooo many times to make sure I have that reservation since I’ve invited people there. I wanted to make sure it is confirmed. After calling so many times and leaving so many messages on their restaurant line and their restaurant manager and also I left messages at the hotel, still nobody called me back. Couple of days prior to Christmas I also talked to someone at the hotel reception about it. She got my info and told me someone will call me back but no one did. Very disappointed!

Reso for 8 by 835 I had no water and cold bread. Every table around us ordered after us and received their food prior to ours despite being larger parties and our selection of the set menu (which was partially sold out). Black cod is delicious most people order it for the crispy skin - why smother it in sauce so the skin then becomes soft? Ruined. The beverage pairings for the Table D'Hote never arrived with the course for any course. Each course was underseasoned. Someone recently reviewed everything as too salty now I think someone is afraid of the salt.. Our server was too busy charming the larger tables to bother with us. For my first Christmas after losing a parent at 275 for 2 I'd expect more. Also parking was ten dollars pardon me?

We have had this waitress before and once again received excellent service from her, helping to create a perfectly wonderful Christmas eve experience for us.

We chose La Ronde as our Christmas Eve dinner tradition this year and it was amazing! Our server went above and beyond and was super knowledgeable and friendly Highly recommend

La Ronde is a tradition for many in Edmonton, I think. It is for me. Generally, I am not a fan of buffet style as is the offering at La Ronde for Sunday brunch, however, the expert presentation and food quality is outstanding. La Ronde is the only place I truly enjoy a buffet. I make it a point to take in the gently revolving view of the city and the excellent food several times a year. It would be more if my budget permitted. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation; it's a real treat.

Me and my friends celebrated Christmas dinner, and the ambiance was great! The food, however, was a bit too salty. My friend had the garlic prawns, I had lobster ravioli, and our other friends had Berkshire pork loin char sui. Unfortunately, our server Dean T wasn’t very friendly – always in a hurry, and we had to ask for a refill multiple times. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience.”
