La Strega is a nouveau Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. La Strega is Italian for "The Witch" and each plate is designed to enchant and entrance your senses and taste buds. La Strega has a large dining area, as two floors have specific dining areas for those that are looking for host a party of friends and family, or perhaps want an intimate meeting spot for a romantic encounter. To fully understand what La Strega is aiming to do, it is best to take a look at its menu. The grilled watermelon "pizza" is an olive oil marinated watermelon dusted with pepperocini powder and topped with mint pesto and feta cheese. Another option is the egg yolk carpaccio, with thinly spread organic egg yolks topped with fried onion strings and olive oil.

                                                              The food was great and the staff was very attentive. My glass if water was never empty and I was constantly asked if they could help with anything. I forgot the waiters name but he did a very good job and he made the experience very enjoyable for the both of us.

                                                              Food was delicious and different from other Mediterranean restaurant. Eggplant napoleon was delicious, I eat a lot if different meal made from eggplant, but this was the best. .Pistachio crusted salmon was real crusted a lot if different meal made from eggplant, but this was the best.

                                                              I really don't want to be so judgmental, after all these opinions mine and mine alone. Everything about the restaurant, food, service and so on were just OK. We warded five appetizers and again, they would just OK. How about, one of them in particular it was ( almost) inedible. The waiter suggested your " special signature drink"of of mango sangria. Consisted of a glass of white wine with a few pieces of fruit. We were confused as to what made it so "special". There was no bread or water offered, we had to ask for both more than once. A few minor errors made by staff, which were corrected along with apologies. Overall, without continuing to be cruel, I certainly will not be going back.

                                                              Food was ok ish. The stuff very nice and polite. Champagne one of the worst I've ever tried in my life. Plastic champagne glasses. Too loud music. Couldn't talk to my bf who was sitting right next to me at all. I don't think I will ever go there again.

                                                              Honestly was shocked to see how small the menu was . We ordered calamari which was so spicy gross and chicken was dry,. The steak burnt! Music was good but place was dead and waiters kept disappearing place is good for only lounge
