Laboratorio Kitchen offers guests a modern atmosphere paired with seasonal food and tender service. We are a BYOB restaurant. Chef/Owner James DeSisto has a seasonal a la carte menu featuring fresh seafood, pasta, steaks, and appetizers. In addition there is a chef’s special menu featuring local and seasonal food from all over NJ, PA, and NY please keep in mind this menu changes weekly. Chef DeSisto also has gluten free and vegan options for guests as well. Our outdoor patio is weather permitting, if we cannot accommodate outside due to weather we will move you inside depending on availability. Some must try’s are the giant meatball, house made pastas, steak au poivre or our delicious day boat scallops!! Do not skip dessert everything from start to finish will be memorable, so come in and enjoy culinary excellence with us!

                                          Very nice BYOB with a great vibe. Great food! Try the giant meatball app for sure! Very noisy place so if you enjoy an Italian bistro atmosphere …it’s a must try!

                                          food and service were very good. we had an early reservation as we attended a show in town and the place was packed by 6 PM. I guess these speaks for itself. We live closer to the sister restaurant Osteria LK which is also very good but wouldn't mind driving back there.

                                          My family and I have had great experiences with LK for years. Even through Covid it was great to pick up and bring home great food at a good price. However, Friday evening, we had to wait for our reserved table (4top) an additional 30 minutes & another 15 minutes to place our order.  One of our guests reported later on that she’d experienced a bone in her trout but didn’t want to interfere with dinner. The appetizers, risotto, scallops and steak were excellent. The Buspersons were spot on and polite. The front end seem to be under staffed &/or confused. We will return maybe on a week night next time and continue to order takeaway. ✌🏼
