An 'American' Bar and Grill, specializing in U.S.D.A. Prime steaks and Chops, daily seafood specials, pasta dishes, entree salads and appetizers. The Ladera Grill features extensive booth seating and a beautiful full bar, seats about 120 inside and an additional 40 in the two adjoining patios. The inside dining area is broken into two areas, an 84 seat main area, and a smaller, more intimate private room, seating 40.

The place, like so many of its peers, is loud though my wife and I were able to have a clear conversation. The food was excellent. Our server was fairly attentive. When we asked that someone clean the tablecloth after the meal and before the dessert, the server seemed surprised but gamely wiped the crumbs into his hand. This is a real peeve of mine: On r upon a time, in good restaurants like Ladera, the server or a colleague would clean the tablecloth. Only once in the last decade or so has this happened anywhere in Silicon Valley—and that was recently at Meyhouse in Sunnyvale.

My reservation was at 630 arrived a little early and they sat us immediately! Service was prompt and food was amazing.

I’ve been coming here almost every week, and I’ve noticed that the food preparation has changed. My friend, who only visited Ladera twice, also noticed that the meals weren’t up to par. The vegetables were mushy, and the overall meal seemed overcooked.

A wonderful experience for the first time. Our family including young children were treated with exceptional service. The food menu was really nice variety for everyone! The meals delicious & tasty!! A lovely place!! We will return!

We had a wonderful dinner at LaDera grill as always. Just a nice place to go and enjoy our night.

The food was delicious and our server was great. The only complaint I have is that the hostess that sat us at our table was not clear. When we checked in for our reservation, they were discussing which table to seat us. When we found out it was a center table, we asked for a booth since we have a 2 year old with us. She said no, as the booths are “per request”. That didn’t make sense, since I made the reservation almost a month in advance and I didn’t have the option to choose booth or table.

Took my wife for a birthday lunch. Our first time & we went with friends. The is ambiance nice, excellent food and service. Will definitely go back!

Prices have gone up and the quality of food has decreased. They even changed the bread that is served at the beginning to tasteless, cheap rolls. The price on each item has nearly doubled. Too bad because I used to enjoy eating here.
