   Buono. Tre consigli: 1. Il vino si versa nel bicchiere portando la bottiglia al tavolo facendola vedere al cliente, così è sicuro che quello che sta bevendo è quello che ha effettivamente ordinato; 2. Gli spaghetti con le vongole (i molluschi in genere) vanno serviti con tutte le vongole nel proprio guscio, non solo una piccola parte di esse, a garanzia della freschezza del prodotto. Altrimenti potrebbero essere un mero prodotto confezionato; 3. Il tiramisù va fatto, tra l'altro, con caffè espresso e mascarpone. Il caffè era praticamente assente e il mascarpone era stato sostituito dalla panna.

   We went to Landini Bros on Easter Sunday having never been there before and we greatly enjoyed it. First it is located in the main outdoor walking mall on King Street. It is a wonderful area full of pedestrians, shops and restaurants in Old Town and it was a perfect weather day to stroll around. Second, the food was terrific. It was perfectly seasoned, served quickly, and the taste exceeded our expectations. Finally, the service was professional and immediate and we felt well cared for while there. The experience was an A+ all around and we look forward to going back there one day soon.

   Best experience we’ve had at Landinis . The server was engaging and had us laughing from the start . Wish I could remember his name . Service wasn’t rushed and the veal dishes were excellent. Great date night for my wife and I

   As they have always been in the past the meals and service were outstanding. However, my son, who ordered the Risotto Pescatora, became sick to his stomach during the early morning of Sunday, April 20. (He had his luncheon meal at Landini Bros. on Saturday, April 19.) We don't know whether the food served at Landini Bros. was the cause of his becoming sick. However, I mention this so that the restaurant is aware of any possible problems with its seafood. I ordered the Linguine Alle Vongole, and did not become sick.

   I was back visiting Alexandria for my birthday and was delighted to see that Landini Brothers is still wonderful with its food, service and dining experience. We had dined at Landini Brothers many times while we lived in Alexandria and you always hope that what you loved in the past is still wonderful in the present. Thank you Landini Brothers!

   We had a fantastic late lunch. At 2pm it was pretty quiet. Our waiter started off strong but then left us hanging for a bit. If it was just long gaps to have a leisurely lunch, I wouldn’t have brought it up but he left our unfinished app that was way off to the side, (and dirty so plates) on our table until we were getting our check. That said, the food was fantastic!

   I’ve been to this restaurant a few times. Great atmosphere, service, and food. You definitely smell the cigar smoke from the lounge next door, so if cigar smoke bothers you it might not be your spot, but I think it adds to the ambience. One of my top spots in the DC area.
