We had a wonderful experience at Summer House. We checked in for our reservation and were seated in less than five minutes. Our waitress was super kind accommodating, always checking to refill our water and asking if we needed anything. Food was fantastic! I had the sangria and the Cobb salad, my daughter had the pizza and mu husband had the caesar salad with ahi tuna. All delicious!!! Generous portion sizes. I will definitely will be coming back. 10/10

This was our first time dining here, and it exceeded our expectations and then some! Our server was Elizabeth. She was so knowledgeable of the menu & recommended the Japanese milk bread, which is to DIE FOR! Definitely a must try when dining at F&D. It was Valentine’s Day, we were a little late for our reservation, but they were so kind & sat us with no problem at all. I was even given a rose for the occasion. Our sweet server, Elizabeth, gifted us a box of chocolate & sweet card at the end of the meal. If I could eat here for breakfast, lunch & dinner, I totally would. To start I ordered the French onion soup. 8/10 only because the cheese wasn’t as melted as I would like! But the taste was absolutely phenomenal. Portion size was 10/10, I couldn’t finish the bowl. I got the scallops for my main dish which were, more than amazing! Large & perfectly cooked. To drink I had an espresso martini, again, absolutely outstanding. Probably the best I’ve ever had. My husband had the NY strip blackened & I helped him gobble that down too. We shared a side of mashed potatoes. My man is picky with his potatoes and he gave them an 11/10. We left here stuffed, but not feeling terrible and sickly. We will definitely be regulars here. The price is not bad at all considering the quality and experience you are getting. Love this place!

This restaurant should run the government lol We went on Valentine’s Day (usually a day of mediocre service and food due to crowds). Not fishbones! The staff was bending over backwards hustling - everyone working together efficiently. The food was perfectly prepared - no detail was lacking. It’s always a consistently outstanding experience no matter the day time or holiday. I always love the Chilean sea bass and the dang bang shrimp. The steak is also pure perfection. This time we tried the shrimp cocktail and….wow. HUGE shrimp with an exceptional flavor and texture. The cost is always shocking but I’ve never had anything that didn’t feel worth the price. We love to come here for special occasions.

We visited for Valentine’s Day & my birthday. We have previously visited the location in Melbourne. We found this Chart House to be in brand with the Melbourne location. Food, service and atmosphere was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the parking situation. There is no valet and the self parking is very limited. Hubby had to park very far away and we worried whether we would get towed. If you have a reservation make sure you a lot time to access parking.

Eating at Chica's was outstanding! The food has always been great! We went on Friday night. There was live music on the outside patio and also live music in the bar. The atmosphere was electric but not so much that you couldn't have a conversation with your neighbor. Very enjoyable experience!
