Spark Beer and Pizza opened in 2020 with a goal to produce and serve the best lagers, hoppy, sour and Belgian influenced beers possible. Owners Andrea and John have lived in and around Chinatown for over 20 years and, along with chef Jeff, set up shop steps away from the beautiful Chinatown archway. Their beers have won many awards including their 3 time Ontario Brewing Awards winning Manhire Berliner Weisse (gold 2021, gold 2022, silver 2023).Spark started serving 'west centretown' pizzas in November of 2022 and now offer a variety of pizzas all served on house-made cold fermented dough with the best toppings we can find.     I cannot recommend this location enough. Despite the super busy venue due to a concert next door, the staff were accommodating, friendly, and quick with our meals and drinks. It’s a wonderful ambiance with sensational food, music and service. I cannot recommend our server Megan enough. Such a sweetheart who joked with us, and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 dining experience.

    Really enjoyed the smooth transition from cafe to cocktail bar. Quality was superb and the cocktails were very-well priced and delicious.

    The afternoon tea at VANITEA is a must to try. The service is A1 and the food is delicious and you really get enough that you can't even finish all the bites. I was there for my aunts 60th birthday. When I made the reservation, I asked for a little dessert saying “Happy birthday !” and a candle over one of the pastries, they went further and they gave us 4 more pastries on a little bird cage on which they wrote the message with piping gel. It was awesome.
