Nestled on the waterfront in Irvington, New York, Red Hat on the River is an American modern bistro serving satisfied diners since 2003. FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks.
