The Huntley Dining Room is open for breakfast daily from 6:30-10:30am, Bar and Lounge 4-10pm, and for dinner 5-10pm featuring Montana favorites. Located in the Huntley Lodge. Wonderful dinner at Chet's! The Bison Chislic (tenderloin) appetizer along with a small Cesar salad brought out together made for a perfect lighter dinner paired with a Willie's Mule cocktail made with Montana Moonshine. Table mates loved their Braised Short Rib and Rocky Mountain Trout entrees. Great value for the money in Big Sky.

Food was amazing as always and staff was great! Did not realize since booking through Open Table that menu was set tasting menu versus regular menu. Not Sage fault. Open Table should have noted that.
