The Wild Fork in Tulsa, Oklahoma has been open since 1995, the brainchild of two friends, Julie Woolman and Kim Michie. Located in Utica Square, the restaurant still maintains much of the character its predecessor left behind, but the kitchen has been updated and the menu is continuously revised. This is our second visit to Smoke as we are from Wichita, KS attending the Affair of the Heart event. The food is always amazing and our sever Scott was very attentive and took great care of us.
