Never got to enjoy dinner before we ordered the waitress spilled half a bottle of me favorite wine on me! I was soaked! The manager Comp us two dinners and a bottle, but it was a wet ride home.

Amazing as always! Such phenomenal customer service, food, and experience.

Capital Grille-Welcome to Bell Tower Ft. Myers!! We are so happy to have an upscale restaurant nearby! We are truly enjoying the Capital Grille bar experience including cocktails, dinner and dessert. The server bartenders are so congenial and accommodating and love to chat. Of course, it is pricey but that’s to be expected at a steak house. The French Onion soup is my favorite! We will keep going back!

We always love BT ! They had a wonderful violinist playing (the volume was a little loud) Fried Calamari was so/so Burgers, chicken sandwiches were delicious Street tacos barely had meat and way too much slaw -(wouldn’t recommend) Beers were cold Service was good - The above wouldn’t prevent me from returning.

It was Veterans Day and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I made reservations but it was not crowded to my surprise. The bartender was very friendly, polite and professional. The attendant at the entrance was very nice and friendly! They were short staffed but you could not tell because the team worked well with each other even the front lobby attendant was serving tables and handling her position at the front! The manager was even out on the floor and helping…Talk about multi tasking and true team spirit! Looks like a fun place to work too. Food was hot and fresh, cocktails were made great and my gson enjoyed the games! We will be back! Thank you for your hospitality!
