The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. In 2004, Daniel purchased Josephine’s in Marietta and developed an extremely loyal following based on the combination of great food, great atmosphere and great hospitality. Although Josephine’s closed in 2011, the name and the experiences are fondly remembered by countless people.

Although our building is over 225 years old we update our menu daily! Change is a good thing at the Greenfield. We specialize in next day delivery of seafood while we continue to cut our own steaks.     From the moment my best friend and I walked through the door, the customer service was amazing. Staffing were kind, the server was very thorough, kind, and fast paced. Our experience was amazing and will be returning again very soon!

    Great dining experience. The staff was so friendly and the chef was outstanding. He was a White House chef for several presidents. He brought his expertise and flare to Pennsylvania. We are from New York and are no strangers to great restaurants. This restaurant is the top of the list

    We love the fillet of flounder sandwich as well as the fried chicken sandwich we asked for french fries to be cooked crispy and they absolutely were. Carrie is a great server. We look forward to coming back soon.

    Not our first rodeo here and it never disappoints. Great food, great ambiance and great service make it a worthwhile journey. Wished we lived closer to dine on a more regular basis. We toned it down a little last night with a shared Autumn Salad, Elk Osso Bucco, Four Hour Short Ribs and exquisite desserts and a double expresso. Everything was simply outstanding.
